Supported Living
Everyone deserves a place to call home. But our supported living is much more than just having a nice place to live. It’s about giving you support that’s tailored to your needs, with unique rewarding relationships that will help you gain confidence and independence.

We provide supported living that helps people to gain more control over their lives, encouraging them to be confident and happy to make their own choices and decisions.
Building confidence, building lives
Our Supported Living service helps adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs live full, independent lives. We encourage and support people to build their social networks and work towards personal goals, such as learning to read and write, or getting a job.
With the friendship and support of a carer, those who live with learning disabilities or mental health challenges can grow and learn to look after themselves independently. Not only that, but they will learn new skills that will help them become much more active in the community, giving them dignity and strength of character.
How we create our supported living plans?
Our supported living plans are only prepared once we’ve really got to know each person and built a clear understanding of their background, their current circumstances and their future goals. Once a supported living support plan is in place, we review progress on a regular basis, identifying and celebrating each person’s achievements while also encouraging them to set new goals to achieve even more.
